House - Building Coordinator - Mid-Term Rental Property (Part-Time)
Overview: Lead onsite operations for a five-unit mid-term rental. Ensure smooth property upkeep, guest satisfaction, and vendor coordination. Perfect for someone proactive, organized, and tech-savvy.
Key Duties:
Weekly property walkthroughs and issue reporting
Light cleaning and seasonal outdoor tasks
Coordinate vendors (cleaners, handymen, etc.)
Manage digital locks, Ring cameras, and Wi-Fi
Track deliveries and maintain inventory
Support guest turnover: walkthroughs, laundry, restocking
Use apps (Buildium, Slack, OneDrive) for updates and documentation
Join weekly Zoom check-ins with owner
Ideal Candidate:
Detail-oriented and reliable
Comfortable with mobile apps and light maintenance
Strong communicator with a calm, problem-solving mindset
Schedule & Pay:
30 hours/month, flexible and on-call
Occasional weekend/evening tasks
Monthly retainer compensation
